Passenger went to the Baggage Claim 3 to claim his dog to take to AS 2314 when he noticed corner back left of kennel was damaged. There was blood in the kennel. This was verified by lead agent.

Unknown

Corrective action: HA will assume costs of veterinarian bill and reimburse for damaged kennel.
