Description of Incident: Upon arrival of HA18 on March 01, 2019, our ramp agent found the dog unresponsive. Las Vegas Manager on Duty, Krystal Aikau, was notified and met owner to advise him that his dog passed.

Cause of Incident: Unknown

Corrective Action Taken: Consumer Affairs refunded the airway bill back to the original form of payment.
