Description of Incident: No problem was noted on pet’s arrival in Singapore at 1:13 AM. Unloading and placement in a cart at the Baggage Area occurred at 1:20 AM awaiting transfer to Singapore AVA Quarantine at 9:00 AM. Water was provided. The dog was checked at 5:35 AM and appeared in good condition. When checked at 6:20 AM the dog was found motionless.

Cause of Incident: As of this date no cause of death has been determined. A necropsy or cause of death has not yet been released by the Singapore Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority.

Corrective Action Taken: No corrective action is warranted at this time.
