There was one death in May on Hawaiian Airlines Flight 197 from Kona, HI to Honolulu, HI of a Bull Terrier where upon arrival in Honolulu the dog appeared to have shallow labored breathing and blood coming from its mouth. CPR was performed but the dog passed away.
