Dog Injured After Escaping Kennel on Alaskan Airlines Flight
On October 7, 2024, an Alaskan Airlines flight (Flight 395) traveling from Orlando, Florida (MCO) to Seattle, Washington (SEA) reported an incident involving a dog in transit. According to the airline, the dog chewed through the side vent of its kennel and escaped onto the ramp, where it was later found with injured paws.
The breed and age of the dog were not disclosed, and the airline did not provide additional details regarding the extent of the injuries or any corrective actions taken in response to the incident.
