Relieving Locations at Los Angeles Intl Airport

Pre-Security Locations

LAX offers pet relief areas on the Lower/Arrivals Level of the Central Terminal Area. These are located between Terminals 1 and 2, and at the southeast end of the Central Terminal Area near Terminals 7 and 8 (United Airlines). These areas provide a small "Pet Park" with amenities such as a dog house, plastic bags for waste disposal, and trash cans. Pets must remain leashed at these locations due to proximity to roadways.

Post-Security Locations

There is also a pet relief area located beyond passenger security screening in the new Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT). This indoor facility allows pets to relieve themselves in a secure environment.

Amenities and Accessibility

All pet relief areas are equipped with waste disposal bags and trash cans to ensure cleanliness. The areas are designed to be accessible to all passengers, including those with disabilities.
