Relieving Locations at Charlotte/Douglas Intl Airport

Pre-Security Locations

A pet relief area is located in the Baggage Claim area (pre-security) behind bag carousel 3, between the oversized bag pick-up and restrooms.

Post-Security Locations

• Concourse A Connector: Located between Gates A1-A13 and A21-A29.
• Concourses D and E: In the restroom corridor near the corner of Concourses D and E, across from Checkpoint 3.
• Concourse E: Near Gate E36.

These areas are designed for convenience and accessibility, ensuring that passengers traveling with pets have the necessary facilities available both before and after security.
