Pet Relief Locations

Kansas City International Airport offers four pet relief areas for travelers with animals:

Post-Security Locations

• Gate A8: An indoor pet relief area located post-security.
• Gate B54: Another indoor pet relief area situated post-security.
• Gate A18: Located within the U.S. Customs and Border Protection area for arriving international flights. This area is oversized and features a large basin with artificial grass and a water spray nozzle for cleaning. Plastic bags and cleaning supplies are provided for waste disposal.

Pre-Security Location

• Outdoor Courtyard: Located at the north end of the baggage claim area on the Arrivals level, outside of security.

These facilities are designed to accommodate the needs of pets and service animals, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience for travelers.
