Relieving Locations at Kansas City Intl Airport

Kansas City International Airport offers a total of four pet relief areas for travelers with animals.

Post-Security Locations

• Gate A8: An indoor pet relief area is available post-security.
• Gate B54: Another indoor pet relief area is located post-security.
• Gate A18: A third relief area is situated within a secure area of U.S. Customs and Border Protection for arriving international flights. These indoor spaces feature a large basin with artificial grass and a water spray nozzle for cleaning, along with plastic bags and supplies for waste disposal.

Pre-Security Location

• Outdoor Courtyard: Located at the north end of the bag claim area on the Arrivals level, outside of security. This outdoor area provides a convenient option for pet relief before passing through security.
