Relieving Locations at Jacksonville Intl Airport

Post-Security Location

Jacksonville International Airport offers a pet and service animal relief area located past security, between concourses A and C. This indoor facility features a mock front porch area with seating, a hand-washing sink, a pickup bag dispenser, and waste receptacles. The area is designed with artificial turf that drains into a sanitary sewer system, and it is automatically flushed every 45 minutes. The space is equipped with dedicated air handling equipment to maintain an odor-free environment and is monitored by CCTV. Additionally, the airport's PA system extends to this area, ensuring passengers can hear announcements.

Pre-Security Location

An existing pet relief area is available outside baggage claim on the south side of the terminal.
