Relieving Locations at Jacksonville Intl Airport

Post-Security Location

Jacksonville International Airport offers a pet and service animal relief area located post-security, between Concourses A and C. This indoor facility features a mock front porch area with seating, a handwashing sink, a pickup bag dispenser, and a waste receptacle. The area is equipped with artificial K9 turf that drains to a sanitary sewer, with an automatic flushing system every 45 minutes to maintain cleanliness. Dedicated air handling equipment ensures the space remains odor-free, and the airport’s PA system extends to this area for passenger announcements. The facility is monitored by CCTV for security.

Pre-Security Location

An additional pet relief area is available outside baggage claim on the south side of the terminal.
