Narrative Description of Incident Customer claims their dog’s leg was injured during transport.

Narrative Description of Cause of the Incident The incident is still under investigation. The customer lifted dog out of the kennel and took it to the car never allowing it to walk. The kennel showed no signs of damage. The animal had recently undergone hip replacement surgery on the 18th of September while in MIA.
