Description of Incident:
Jasmine was boarded in Hartford with a connection in Chicago where she was to have been transferred to a Portland Oregon flight. Jasmine was deceased upon arrival of United flight 455 in Chicago.

Description of cause of the incident: The necropsy stated that a definitive cause of death could not be determined from either the gross necropsy or the histologic examination of the tissue. However, no external trauma was identified.

Description of any corrective action taken: No corrective action was taken or warranted as United procedures were followed.
