NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION
Description of the Incident: Pet arrived San Francisco deceased upon arrival.
Description of the Cause of the Incident: A necropsy was performed and the cause of death was cardiopulmonary collapse with reference to prominent congestion of alveolar septal capillaries and lining, pleural effusion, pericardial effusion, vascular and pulmonary congestion.
Description of any corrective action taken: None as the cause of death was not related to United Airlines’ handling
