Description of the Incident: Pet arrived deceased at HONLULU (HNL)
Description of the Cause of the Incident: Necropsy states cause of death “undetermined”; histopathological diagnosis of multifocal chronic proliferative pneumonitis noted as “significant”; pre-existent pulmonary (lung) condition combined with the pneumonitis; suspected cause of death is pneumonia.
