Narrative description of incident: Prior to her scheduled flight in Tampa, FL, Lacy became aggressive and was trying to bite through the wire kennel vents of her kennel, as a result her mouth was bloody. Narrative description of the cause of the incident: Prior to the flight in Tampa, FL, Lacy became aggressive and tried to bite through the wire kennel vents of her kennel, as a result her mouth was bloody.
