Description of Incident: Bailey arrived in Denver, CO with self-inflicted injury.
Cause of Incident: Bailey appeared to have chewed through the plastic bowl and plastic kennel resulting in 3 broken nails. The owner denied offer to take Bailey to the vet and arrived in Boston, MA as scheduled. No evidence the carrier contributed to this self- inflicted injury.
Corrective Action Taken: No corrective action taken. Injuries were self-inflicted.
