Description of Incident: 4 year old, Oliver the cat arrived with self-inflicted injuries in Chicago, IL.
Cause of Incident: He had clawed the crate during flight resulting in avulsed and cracked nails. He was taken to the vet for an exam, and cleared to continue travel.
Corrective Action Taken: Self inflicted, no corrective action required.
