Description of Incident: SEA Airport - Dog escaped kennel and ran across tarmac jumped small fence on to main road and was hit by a car. Dog was found in road injured and bleeding. Owners were called and dog was taken to the vet. Vet reported dog's jaw was injured, nails broken and pads on feet scraped.
Cause of Incident: SEA Airport - Dog escaped from kennel prior to loading onto the aircraft. Corrective Action Taken:
