Description of Incident: On arrival, dog was found deceased outside of its kennel in the cargo compartment.
Cause of Incident: The dog chewed through the side of its kennel dislodging the side vent and cracking/breaking the plastic on the kennel. While escaping the kennel, the dog cut its throat and expired during transit.
